This pathway is specifically designed to ensure that development continues beyond the game, treating athletes as "whole individuals" rather than just players. The NEXT framework's mission is to prepare athletes for the level they are conquering NEXT.

  • Professional Identity: Athletes are taught essential life skills that translate outside of sports, including brand management & networking.
